✨ Friday Introductions ✨
Sharing a little black-and-white moment of me doing what I love capturing life through my camera. And speaking of photos… I’m so excited for this weekend because I’m finally getting new headshots! It hit me recently that it’s been almost two years since my last ones, so it feels like the perfect time for a refresh.
Since we’re here, I thought I’d share a few little things about me—some you may know, some maybe not:
• One of my favorite ways to spend an afternoon is taking my daughter to a cat café for Boba. It’s simple, but it’s one of our little joys.
• And when it’s just me and my boyfriend, we love grabbing chai teas and going for a walk in our neighborhood.
• I like Christmas—but I love warm weather.
• What I cherish most about the holidays is how they bring my family together. All year we’re busy in our own worlds, but Christmas gives us a reason to slow down, gather, and keep our traditions alive.
This year will feel different. My dad passed away three months ago, and as we get closer to the holidays, the reality of celebrating without him hits a little harder. Every Christmas since I was a kid, I bought him a box of chocolate-covered cherries. I still remember the first year—the excitement I felt picking them out just for him.
So here I am, tearing up in the Walmart parking lot, thinking about how much has changed… but also how much love carries on. I’m incredibly grateful for the photos I have of us—moments frozen in time that I can hold onto forever.
If you’re navigating a “first” holiday without someone you love, I’m hugging you from here. ❤️
