This sweet family has been in front of my camera for years, and it has been such an incredible privilege to watch their children grow. Every time we get together for photos, I’m reminded just how quickly the seasons pass!

WHAT. A. YEAR!!!!

This has been one fulfilling, emotional, exciting, and FUN season! I am so grateful for each and every one of you!

This year was a little emotional because some of you I’ve known since you were little kids. Like elementary school little. Getting to watch you grow up and now getting to photograph your senior year is a gift and something I will never take lightly.

Thank you for choosing me. Thank you for supporting my little business.

I truly loved EVERY SECOND.

Watching all of you step into this next chapter is such an honor and I hope you know I’ll always be cheering you on!

Prom day is for making memories… not rushing through a photoshoot.

The day already has enough going on.
Hair appointments, makeup, dinner reservations, timelines, group photos, parents stressing… all before you even get to the dance.

A separate prom session lets you actually enjoy the experience instead of racing the clock.

Plus the best part is you still get the best of both worlds! All the fun candid photos with your date and besties on prom night too!

If you are a 2027 Senior, one of my senior collections includes an option for you to choose to take prom pictures before prom. This way you aren’t having to squeeze photos in between the hair appointments, dinner reservations, and the chaos of prom day.

It’s Senior Sunday and y’all… this one got me good.

I’ve had the privilege of watching Jaxson grow up in this town and then got the absolute honor of photographing his senior year.

At both of his senior sessions, he brought his Bible with him. During his final session, I asked him what his favorite Bible verse was, and he said, Isaiah 6:8. “Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, ‘Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?’ And I said, ‘Here am I. Send me.’”

Y’all. I read that verse over his shoulder and absolutely lost it. Because he is actually walking this out. After graduation, he’s headed to Guatemala for a mission trip and then on to Scotland to continue serving. In a world that can sometimes feel so loud and self focused, we are watching this young man choose service, faith, and purpose. What an absolute honor to photograph. I am so excited for his next!!

The best is yet to come Jaxson! The world desperately needs more people like you. And I think I can speak for a lot of people in this little town when I say we are so incredibly proud of you!

Honestly… senior sessions are pretty much powered by moms running on iced coffees and adrenaline while riding a rollercoaster of emotions!

Y’all are out here steaming dresses in parking lots, fluffing and tucking dresses and shirts, hair between shots, holding outfit changes, fixing necklaces, being a cheerleader behind me and crying one second later because your baby is graduating.

The moms are the REAL MVPs of the senior season!!

So today’s Sunday is for the moms.

You don’t need to know how to pose for prom.

Like… at all.

The best photos aren’t the perfect ones. They are usually the ones where you’re actually having fun and not thinking about it every two seconds.

That’s why I guide you the whole time so you’re not just standing there like “what do I do with my hands?”

The secret is to just have fun.
