I need some new fashion shoots. I find relationships with designers and stylists to be the trickiest part of my job when it’s just about trying to make art for art’s sake, so instead I’m just going to start making alternative stuff and see what happens. Be prepared for weirdness. (Greatful to Gelareh Designs - Conscious creator for working with me for this set though, such amazing pieces)

So thrilled to have won the First place in Class in the IIC International Imaging Competition Awards . Grateful to all the judges for the amazing feedback, and I’m withholding sharing the image because it will likely be entered into another upcoming competition with the critiqued changes. Being able to constantly improve what I do is why I love competing. The awards are just a wonderful side effect. The education itself is the reward.

So much fun creating this warrior angel look with Evie . I wanted more of a graphic novel look, a little more adventure/fantast. Incredible wings from Kayla Douglas making the scene come alive with practical smoke from Practical Magic & Innovation and the gorgeous brown from Savage Universal Further colored by my Rosco gels to really pop the warm colors. So many cool shots from this session!
