Today, I popped on the kit lens that came with my Canon R7 RF-S 18-150mm. Now I have 20 other lenses that I could have used with most of them being "L" series, but all I can say is wow! This is by far the best kit lens that Ive ever owned. The lens is small, compact and light weight. The colors, focus and contrast are fantastic, great zoom range, plus it has image stabilization. I mean what's not to love, maybe the f/3.5-6.3? No, it would not be a good lens for indoors with out using a flash or a really high ISO setting, but it would be great for lil Johnny's T-Ball game or Lil Mary"s Soccer game, or heck me just wanting to take one lens to an event or something. Great Job Canon, Great Job!

Yesterday I received the Sigma 150-600mm lens for my Canon EOS 5,6,7D. I’d say that this lens is a keeper. I’m waiting on a monopod and a gimbal head. This lens is heavy and long. It weighs in around 4 pounds and 13.5 inches long. These images were hand held but at 600mm camera shake is very noticeable. I’m glad to see that this lens has built in image stabilization.
