Macon Speedway DRIVERS, TEAMS & FANS!
We've got some exciting things coming your way!
2026 TRACK CHAMPION GRAPHICS
We are currently working on graphics for our 2026 Macon Speedway Track Champions! We expect to have one completed for each champion by next week! NO AI will be used in these graphics!
2027 MACON SPEEDWAY CALENDARS ARE COMING!
Yes, we ARE producing calendars for 2027! We're keeping things similar to last year, but there are a few important details about ordering and getting your team featured.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE ORDERING!
WHAT WILL BE IN THE CALENDAR?
-Each month will feature a collage of racing photos, similar to last year's calendar.
-We will NOT be including birthdays.
-All 2026 Macon Speedway Track Champions are guaranteed to be featured.
-Alan Crowder is guaranteed to be featured in recognition of his final year of racing.
-Any team that pre-orders a calendar is GUARANTEED to be featured!
-CALENDAR PRICE: $30 EACH
-PRE-ORDERS ARE OPEN STARTING TODAY!
This is the MOST IMPORTANT part of this announcement.
-Calendars MUST be paid for in advance.
-We are accepting pre-orders ONLY at this time. We cannot guarantee that extra calendars will be available after our order is placed.
Here's what that means:
-If you pre-order AND pay, your calendar is guaranteed to be ordered.
-If your team pre-orders, your team is guaranteed to be featured.
-If you ask us to hold one but haven't paid, your calendar is NOT considered ordered.
-If you wait until after we place our printing order, we cannot guarantee you'll be able to get one.
We will move forward with printing once we receive at least 10 paid pre-orders!
We're doing it this way because our photography schedule is extremely busy, and we want to make sure everyone receives a quality product without delays or confusion. Collecting payments, designing calendars, managing orders, and arranging deliveries all take time. Pre-ordering allows us to keep everything organized and get these calendars completed before Christmas.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept:
-Cash (Delivered or Mailed)
-Check (Delivered or mailed)
-Venmo
-Cash App
-PayPal
-Apple Pay
We can arrange to pick up your payment if it is local. Just ask!
Regardless of payment method, your order is not confirmed until payment is received.
CALENDAR PICKUP & DELIVERY
Calendars will be available for pickup at the Macon Speedway Awards Banquet!
Even if I'm unable to attend personally, I WILL make arrangements to have the calendars delivered to someone who will be there.
Once the banquet date is announced, we'll have more information about pickup arrangements.
QUALITY YOU CAN COUNT ON
We'll be using the SAME high-quality printing company we used for last year's calendars. If you purchased one last year, you already know what to expect!
READY TO ORDER?
Send us a MESSAGE with how many calendars you'd like, and we'll get your payment arrangements taken care of! Comments are not considered orders. Please message us!
Remember, pre-ordering guarantees your calendar AND guarantees your team a spot in the calendar!
******ORDER DEADLINES ARE BLACK FRIDAY!!!!!******
We can place a second order AFTER BLACK FRIDAY if there is enough interest and enough to make a BULK ORDER!
Thank you to all the drivers, teams, families, and fans who continue to support Event Horizon Motorsports Photography. We appreciate every one of you, and we're looking forward to putting together another great calendar celebrating Macon Speedway!
PLEASE NOTE: The image accompanying this post is NOT the final calendar cover design. We'll be working on the official cover soon!
