You don’t need a photographer who can hypnotize your family into freezing for the frame, you need someone who can catch the moment, roll with the movement, work WITH your kiddos, and maybe do a little magic in post 😉

Senior Sunday 🎓

Sweet Maycie comes from a family so dear to us, I was so excited to get to take her senior pictures 🥰 they drove across the state to meet up with me on one of the stormiest weeks of the year so far and we managed to get a beautiful break in the weather (see the storm about to roll back in behind her cap toss) to commemorate the end of her high school career and her upcoming move to A&M. I like to have fun at all my sessions but this one may have set the record for the most laughter from all of us! Congratulations Maycie, and to mom and dad for their empty nest! 😬

The cold gloomy weather this week has me dreaming of the beach 🏖️
Not that I don’t love one more chance to lounge in sweatpants….but it’s a weird vibe for Texas in May! Back in March, these little guys were alllll over the beach and it was fascinating to me. The game of get the angle and timing without drowning my camera in a wave kept me occupied 🪼
