THIS is what happens when Media Day stops looking like picture day.

Akins High School Football brought the energy, Southpark Meadows Chick-fil-A brought the location, and we built something that feels more like an athlete campaign than a traditional team shoot.

Football. Cars. Teammates. Personality. Brand collaboration.

That’s the direction I continue to push with VC Photography.

A great Media Day shouldn’t just document what an athlete looks like in uniform. It should give athletes, teams, schools, sponsors and community partners content they’re excited to actually use.

This collaboration gave us everything from cinematic athlete portraits and team imagery to branded details and lifestyle content—all while keeping the Akins Eagles at the center of the story.

The Akins Eagles brought the energy, and Chick-fil-A Southpark Meadows helped us create something completely different for this shoot.

A huge thank you to the Chick-fil-A Southpark Meadows team for opening their doors for us on their day off, giving the Akins High School football team access to the restaurant, and even bringing out the Chick-fil-A Cow to be part of the experience.

That kind of hospitality gave us the opportunity to create something beyond the traditional football shoot—bringing together athletes, community, personality, and a little fun in one collaboration.

Appreciate everyone who helped make this happen.
