I loved this special newborn session with Luka and his incredible parents. Winter will always feel like newborn season to me—maybe because I’ve had two winter babies myself. Even without the sun-filled outdoor moments, there’s something about it that feels extra cozy. Being welcomed into homes holding brand-new life, where parents are tired but completely joy-filled, will never stop feeling like an honor.

Took a long break from posting - 95% of my days are filled with these sweet faces and the social media side of this photography business often falls to the wayside. But I’ve been here - editing in the wee hours of the night while tending fevers and making photo event timelines and wiping noses and making meals and cleaning messes. It’s a beautiful life and I’m so grateful. Grateful for the business this year and all of the support my family has received. Excited for the year ahead of capturing your people while taking care of mine along the way!
