Most of you know that we moved back to our cabin in North Carolina in June, and it has been quite an adventure so far!
**BUT**, we WILL be in Louisiana the week before Christmas, and it would be a joy to see yall's sweet faces!! (New year's cards?? 😜) I know it's super close to Christmas, so I will promise a 1-day turnaround on your pictures!

🩶🤍How do I decide when to turn a photo black and white? I almost always choose a photo where the subjects aren't looking at the camera, I feel like it lends to the emotional connection and nostalgia of the photo! I also consider whether the background distracts from faces. This photo was the perfect switch, and in B&W, it's a KEEPER! 🥰 Do you agree??

I didn't post a lot during the holidays (we were SO busy between a brand new baby and all of the usual Holiday chaos!), but here is one picture from each family that I photographed in November and December this past season!

Just looking back through them all made me smile! I count it such a privilege to be trusted with capturing these sweet moments for my clients year after year! Thank you, thank you, thank you! 💛✨☀️
