Phase 1 of Mom Roadtrip 2024: Dignity of Earth & Sky statue, SD; Mount Rushmore; Devils Tower. The last two images are of Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument. That small red headstone is 1 of 18 memorials to the warriors who died here. There should be more IMO.
All of these places have special meaning to native tribes and are more than just parks. Would like to see more of our stories told in these places from the native perspective.

We made it to our next destination. At an Oregon state park on the coast. This place is waaaaay better than last night. It's a bit drizzly today so it's nice to have the ground tent to hang out in. Now we're just gonna chill.
