Virtual staging can often take a couple hours if you are meticulous and want to make sure the furniture stays the same between shots, often requiring a lengthy and sometimes annoying conversation with AI. Additionally, ensuring that the house remain untouched by AI is vital in order stay within MLS regulations. Often times, AI will remove plugs, change the dimensions of doorways, or even alter the shape of the room itself. In order to make sure those things aren't happening, it's good for a professional to check the image by layering them in Photoshop and double checking its work.
