the wedding of Sierra & Christopher was a true family affair. the kids were so much a part of the day that I found myself having full conversations with them about their favorite foods, if they liked their outfits, and what songs they were going to dance to that night. being a wedding photographer just isn’t what it used to be ~ excessive posing, shot lists found on Pinterest, and over the top decor are things of the past. And I, for one, am glad. Since I get to shed those expectations and be there in the moment I get to leave knowing his favorite food - that day - was lunchables (ok, a man of taste 🤌), he doesn’t like to wear shoes, and all she cared about was the flowers. 🥲
