The Tie-Dyed Wildflower

As I progress from one artistic phase to the next, I will be deleting almost all of my people related photography, unless it's one of my favorites. I know you've already been given your digital copies, but if something has happened, please save your pictures from here, just so you have them. Once I delete them, they're gone. I no longer have the original files, due to a house fire right after I moved back to Florida. One month until deletion.
While I'm no longer interested in people photography, the artist side of me is kicking pretty hard. Bigger and better things coming soon(ish)!

Along with art and photography, one of my biggest hobbies right now is my wildflower garden. They were doing the rain dance and it worked!

I know it's been a super long time. For a while, I had kind of given up on this page, because of the algorithms. Thanks Facebook! Anyways, I'd like to try to bring it back to life, which helps me stay inspired.

Last weekend, I was part of a "Trashion Show" which is fashion made from trash. I present Princess Consuela (my husband named her).

As soon as I saw it posted, I knew I needed to be part of it. It took me about a month and a half to build this dress -some pieces more than once- using a lot of my son's schoolwork and any other papers I could get my hands on, shrink wrap, magazine pages for the rose, a used paintbrush for the stem of the rose in her hand, and a bunch of cardboard for the frame under the dress.
