3 unhinged things I do to help my clients relax during their bo***ir session:

✨ I randomly break out into dance parties.
�✨ I get into the poses with you (yes, even the awkward ones).
�✨ I make it my personal mission to make sure you never feel weird, uncomfortable, or like you have to know what you're doing.

And honestly? I get it.

Life is expensive. The kids need something. The house needs something. Your car starts making a weird noise. You run into Target for one thing and somehow leave $200 poorer.

There will always be something else competing for your attention and your wallet.
But here’s what I want you to think about...

I get that question all the time… so let me just tell you.

You’re gonna reach for it on the days you’re feeling low… when you’re in your head and picking yourself apart.

You’re gonna open it when you need that reminder that yeah—you’re still her. Worthy, beautiful, all of it… even on your worst days.

You’re gonna look at it when you start settling for less than you deserve… and remember real quick why that’s not happening.

And one day, years from now, you’ll be flipping through it showing your grandbaby like, “this is what loving yourself looked like for me.”

“What actually happens during a bo***ir session?”

This is probably one of the biggest questions women have before booking… and also one of the reasons so many talk themselves out of it 😅

Because in your head you imagine awkward posing.
Standing there not knowing what to do with your hands.
Feeling exposed.
Feeling like you have to already know how to be confident.

But that’s not what happens.

Most women walk in nervous. Like why did I book this again?? nervous.

Then hair and makeup starts. You sit for a minute. You start to relax.

And once we actually begin shooting?

You realize you don’t have to perform.

You’re guided through every pose. Every movement. Every expression. There’s music, encouragement, laughter, and honestly… somewhere in the middle of it all you stop worrying so much about how you look.

You start feeling it instead.

And that’s usually when it happens.
