Here’s the final 30-second spot in our partnership with NYC Emergency Management. The campaign featured videos about NYCEM’s free emergency notification system, NotifyNYC.

The Power Outage story focuses on a dinner party that is interrupted by a neighborhood blackout. A NotifyNYC alert helps keep the guests safe and informed—highlighting how timely information can make all the difference.

In collaboration with NYC Emergency Management (NYCEM), Prosper Digital TV created multiple video assets for a campaign promoting NotifyNYC, the city’s free notification system for emergencies and planned events.

The campaign was designed to reach New Yorkers where they consume information—before, during, and after critical events. It was launched across a broad mix of media, including TV, digital, out-of-home (OOH), radio, and social platforms.

Part 2 of the campaign features the two final commercial spots:

Major Event
The first story follows two friends exchanging text messages about planning a get-together. After receiving a NotifyNYC alert about a half-marathon, they quickly changed plans—turning a potential disruption into a fun outing.

Power Outage (Blackout)
In the second video, a dinner party is interrupted by a power outage in the area. A NotifyNYC alert helps to keep everyone informed—proving that even unexpected moments can spark inventive solutions with the right information.

Our team also developed a supporting case study video that provides an in-depth look at the creative approach, production process and overall outcomes of the campaign.

Prosper Digital TV partnered with NYC Emergency Management (NYCEM) on a campaign to help promote the agency’s NotifyNYC app. This free notification system sends critical alerts to keep New Yorkers informed during emergencies and planned events.

Working together, we produced five commercial spots—delivering 105 assets in seven languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, Bengali, French and Russian.

Part 1 of this campaign focuses on three of the five specific scenarios promoting the app:
1- Traffic Alerts
2- Basement Flooding
3- Transit Delays

Overseeing the project from the initial concept through post-production, our team captured dynamic visuals during a four-day shoot in familiar locations around Manhattan and Brooklyn. NYCEM staff graciously served as actors to help ground the stories in reality.

For this campaign, we partnered with an advertising agency to produce an event activation sizzle. The video was created as a unique METAVERSION digital experience for a limited-edition product, Coca-Cola Move. It features Grammy Award-winning singer Rosalia.
