A royal portrait of Nat & Lauren 👑

The style of your wedding portraits depends on the day and it’s events. For N+L, it rained from morning through the night and we could not go outside. So instead we worked slowly inside to create a small body of studio-like portraits rather than a more flowing set like we would if we were running around outside.

How we lit this:
- dial in ambient light so that that brightest of point of the lamp retains detail
- off camera continuous light coming from camera left (making the most obvious shadows on the wall)
- a large 3ft tube light held above and on camera right to fill shadows and direct more focus to center

Another post of Michael & Angelo?! Sorry not sorry they are just so stupendous and I love them! 😘

I truly had so much fun with Angelo & Mike during their engagement photos in Palm Beach! They started their day with a sunset walk with the dogs > coffee at home > nap time > errand and chicken bake run to Costco > sunset photos in downtown

The sweetest proposal with Aliya & David in Boston! David proposed with a collection of custom boxes (covered in photos of her cat 🐈) that walked through some of the many reasons he loved her. He coordinated with Aliya’s sister to make sure her family was also there to celebrate alongside her the moment Aliya walked out of the garden where he proposed 🌹💍
