My first solo race in the books — and it was never about the leaderboard. It was about feeling strong, steady, and joyful every step of the way. 💪🏼✨

After months of consistent training — dialing in my strength, managing my energy, juggling family time and a full time job, and most importantly, learning to enjoy the process — I came into this race with one clear goal:
Feel good. Stay in control. Leave injury-free. ✅

This was another deposit of the 2 year foundation for everything else I’ll build on in the challenges ahead. 🥷🏼

Massive love and gratitude to the coach who helped me fall in love with running again, one mile at a time — , thank you for normalizing 6 miles in my training split like it was no big deal (even when it felt like it 😅).

To my running community — your energy carried me through the dark 5am wake-ups, the tough tempos, and the mental game. I’m inspired by you every single week. 🧠🔥

And to my MVPs — my husband for capturing the most incredible photos that make me look way more composed than I felt 😅📸, and my son Cristiano, who gave me the best finish line moment I could have asked for. 💖
