Milano, Italia. April 14th, 2026… 🇮🇹
I had my first real Italian espresso…
and nobody warned me it was going to hit like that.
Caffeine and my body don’t agree.

I was lowkey scared 😅

But I was in Italia… so the rules are different for the body on a different continent, right? lol
Baby… when I tell you that espresso BALANCED my jet lag immediately.
Like who needs sleep??
It woke me up alright…
Like… oh.
I’m really here.
In a new country.
With women who see the world through light and shadow the way I do.
Saying yes to a version of myself I’ve been dancing around for a minute.

There was this moment… tiny, quiet…

espresso in hand, laughter in the background… and I felt it land:
This is what it looks like when you invest in yourself.
And somehow… it all felt normal.
Like I’ve been meant to be in rooms like this.
