Here it is! My Tomatoes + Eggs Kimchi noodles - the dish that I cook an embarrassing (proud) ๐Ÿ™ˆamount each week. My favorite chinese stir fry turned into a lip smackingly delicious soup noodle with a gochujang, miso, mushroom broth. Ready in 30 minutes too!

Winter does not need to be dreary. Brighten up these cold months with lightly grilled fish, topped with a spicy and tangy sauce made with black bean chili paste and then a generous dollop of creme fraiche. This is all wrapped up into a little package just perfect for your mouth ๐Ÿ˜

Some of the most delicious cured pork is produced in the town of Norcia, a place that has been known all over Europe since the Middle Ages for their butchery. The Italian word for pig butchery - norcino - is derived from Norcia. I had the pleasure of meeting Ilaria who is carrying on her family's business, Casale de Li Tappi, of producing this beautiful salumi and prosciutto

When I jumped off the back of this truck after seeing how lentils are harvested, I happened to turn around and these guys happened to be gathered like this so perfectly. I was only able to get off a couple shots before they moved on but I'm so glad I was able to capture this perfect moment. Also has anyone else ever wondered how lentils are harvested?

Have you ever had Asian soy milk? It is nothing like the supermarket bland anemic milks that leave a weird after taste. Long a favorite drink of every Chinese person ever, it is creamy, rich, and oh so addictive. It is usually enjoyed on its own as a hot or cold drink. I'm making it over on my stories if you want to learn how. Trust me it's worth it! Also used it in some kimchi ramen I'm testing if you want to see the story before it disappears.

Instead of using precooked fish, I prefer to use raw fish in my fish cakes. The fish is mixed with fresh breadcrumbs, fennel, herby chermoula, and eggs and then seared in a hot pan for all the yummy brown bits. They are then finished in a gentle bath of tomato sauce and more chermoula. This is how you make super tender fish cakes
