Some of you probably know me, but I think now is the perfect time to finally put a face behind the name. 🤍

I’ve noticed SO many new followers lately, so I wanted to take a second to introduce myself!

Hi, I’m Laney Leggett, the owner of Laney Leggett Photography! I’m the photographer, editor, email responder, social media manager, scheduler, and basically everything behind this little business. It is completely run by me, and I truly couldn’t be more thankful that I get to do something I love.

A little about me…

First, I am a Jesus-loving, redheaded, soon to be 20 year old ❤️.

I started this business almost 2 years ago as just a hobby, and I instantly fell in love with capturing the moments that people will cherish forever. There is nothing more rewarding than getting to preserve memories that can be looked back on for years to come.

Photography is now my part-time job because I recently started my first year as an assistant teacher at Bogue Chitto Attendance Center. I’m also working toward my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education online, and I can’t wait to one day have my very own classroom.

As if that wasn’t enough, I’m also planning my wedding! 🤍💍 In just 99 days, I’ll be marrying my high school sweetheart, Marshall Hart, on November 7th. We’re also in the middle of remodeling his grandmother’s house, so life has definitely been keeping us busy!

Teaching and photography are two of my biggest passions, and I truly believe the Lord has blessed me with opportunities to do both. I can’t wait to see where He leads me in the years ahead.

To every single person who has ever liked a post, shared my work, commented, booked a session, recommended me to a friend, or simply encouraged me along the way…thank you. Your support means more than you’ll ever know, and I wouldn’t be here without you.
