Oh hey, it's been a minute :)

After a 15-month hiatus, I finally shot some family sunset photos! Just for a friend...definitely not back in business...although it really made me miss doing this for a living...but no no nope! 😆

Kayla, I'm so thankful to have met you those 10 months ago when I was brand new to town and worried that I'd never meet friends in a town of retired people. To you and the other awesome families in our little group, thank you for making my move here such an easy transition. I love our little group so much!

First time picking up my camera in 6 weeks....what?!

I'm taking a much needed break from being a business owner, but I forgot how much I love shooting (even if it's no longer my job). I'm working now as a private photo editor for some of the fantastic family/newborn photographer friends I've made in the business; taking on a couple more photographers to edit for this summer too so if anyone needs to outsource, def message me about it now! But it was awesome just to shoot for the fun of it, documenting my own fam 🙂

We brought the kids to the beach at dusk in their pajamas to watch a rocket launch. It was launching from Virginia, and the cloud cover was coming in fast, so we knew it was a slim chance we'd see anything. A couple dark grainy photos at the end, but if you can find the tiny orange dot, that's the rocket!

Oh how I missed this!

I suppose it's time I make an official announcement on my page...WE MOVED!!!

Pennsylvania, I'll miss you, all of my friends, all of my family, all of my amazing clients, and all of the Linvilla Orchards beauty so much, but we're off to our next adventure in sunny Florida 🌴😎

I had a wonderful 11 year run in this photography business, made so many awesome connections, and (at least in the foreseeable future) will be leaving that part of my life in PA. I'm looking forward to slowing down, hanging out with my kids more, documenting my own life, photographing all the beautiful palm tree sunsets I can get my lens on, and working as a photo editor for the talented photographers I've met and can now call friends!

Thank you to everyone who supported my small-business and helped it grow far greater than I could have ever imagined. Love you all 😘
