There couldn't have been a more fitting place for a day this elegant than Mon Bijou-a historic 1879 mansion tucked beside Fowler Lake in Oconomowoc.

From the timeless architecture to Caitlyn in her stunning gown, every part of this day had such effortless elegance to it. And then there were all of her ladies beside her in the most beautiful shades of blue-the perfect touch of color. 💙

The name of this venue translates to "My Jewel," and it truly felt like one for Caitlyn + Derek's wedding day.✨

We had an amazing experience working with Michaela! From start to finish, she was caring, thoughtful, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything feel seamless and stress-free. Every question we had was answered, and she made decision-making feel effortless. Most importantly, the photos are absolutely incredible! We had our dogs at our wedding and those photos we'll cherish forever. She captured special moments throughout the day beautifully, and we are beyond thrilled with the results. We would recommend Michaela without hesitation! 💜
