Wynter is a talent beyond words when it comes to the musical theater world. It's always an honor to do her headshots and watch her grow in the industry. Headshots are the first thing casting directors see sometimes, so I'm glad to help capture an image that helps get people through the door!

“Coming out of your comfort zone is tough in the beginning, chaotic in the middle, and awesome in the end…because in the end, it shows you a whole new world.” -Manoj Arora

This shoot was a special one for me, one because she is one of the most amazing and sweetest people I have ever met. Two because she is always the one behind the camera and never in front of it.

I had the honor of capturing her in a light that she didn't realize she was capable of being shown. Also, how she isn't a model is insane to me because the camera obviously loves her.

Also, this shoot was different for me because I was stepping out of my normal style of shooting and trying something new. We talked about a fashion shoot, something that could be shown in a magazine. I'm excited to keep testing out new styles and seeing what I can capture.

The first photo was from one of the first family photo shoots I have ever done. Although I knew how to use my camera, there were a lot of basic techniques I hadn't mastered yet. Give it a few 1000 photos later, lots of editing, hours of late nights and now here I am! ⁣

Photography is always a learning process. Ever shoot is a new chance to experiment and create lasting memories for a family. Every day is a gift and I want to help keep that memory to cherish forever.⁣
