Don't pass us by looking for the old building. We've made some updates to one of the original buildings.

With all the rain it has been difficult to make progress on the south building drainage project. The drainage pipe is in and first roll of gravel is down.
Please pardon the mess of mud. It needs to dry out before we can continue to work this project.
Please avoid driving into the area until it dries out this week.

Yes! We are open during these trying times. We will practice the 6' rule and ask you do the same. We sanitize as much as possible the touch surfaces of doors. All units are cleaned and sit vacate long enough for any virus to die before new rental. Stay Safe!

It's the time of year these temperature changes are causing condensation. Use plastic to protect boxes and valuables from the bottom and top drips.
