As a photographer, every day looks a little different. This day looked like a 3.5-hour drive for a family session on the beach. A lot of driving for an hour of photos, but I wouldn’t trade getting to photograph people in beautiful places.

Every time I pick up my Fuji X100VI, I remember how much I love this little camera. There’s something so nostalgic about it. It’s just instant brain happiness.

Because it’s so small, people don’t notice me as much, and I get to capture these true, in-between moments and all the little details that make a wedding day feel real.

It’s quickly become one of my favorite ways to photograph a wedding day.
