On Friday, I took a day of only yoga & stretching, and felt amazing! This weekend I redid my entire workout plan to prioritize one day a week of yoga & stretching.
Oh yes, I was cussing you during in my first ever class. I was expecting to feel sore the next day from that glute work, but I didn’t. Ok, I’m a believer!
I am loving morning mobility classes, so I had to take this new one. It did not disappoint!
I brushed up on my biomechanics with to work on my always-tight hips. This one was super unique with focus on activating my feet.
I rounded it out with fabulous restorative yoga class to settle it all down.
Of course, I capped off the day with a sleep meditation to send me off to sleep.
I am prioritizing me in 2024 with one day of yoga & stretching. Thanks for the inspiration & reminder!
