Danielle and Codie shared this quiet moment reflected in the window of her late father’s truck, which stood quietly beside the ceremony site on one of the most important days of her life. Looking through the glass, it’s impossible not to wonder about all the memories that truck carried long before this one.

The gardens at Featherstone are looking absolutely beautiful right now, and they made the perfect backdrop for Erin, Parker, and their adorable pup, Rue, during their engagement session. 🌿✨

Erin told me she was hoping for a mix of cinematic, story-driven portraits and fun, natural documentary moments…and I think we checked both boxes. 😊

One of the things I hear most often before a session is, “We’re probably going to be awkward…we never have our photos taken.” The funny thing is, about 10 or 15 minutes later, couples usually forget I’m even there. That’s when the real magic happens—the laughter, the quiet moments, and all the little in-between connections that make your story uniquely yours.

Now I can’t wait to see these two again for their wedding at Farm Road Estate in Dorset, Vermont! ❤️
