As Summer approaches I’m reminded of this inspirational adventure from 2024 where I documented a crew of amazing youth from Student Conservation Association as they trekked bags of soil to the summit of Sargent Mountain. Their goal was to deliver soil to aid in the summit restoration efforts taking place on one of my favorite Acadian mountains. What a privilege to see the younger generations learning about, and participating in the preservation of our shared wild spaces in this world.

The season has taken off, and the good vibes are at an all-time high! Sharing magical moments with everyone who has already joined me on my Acadia adventures this year is truly inspiring…while the chance to lift each other up during the planning phase for adventures later in the season is giving all of us much-needed energy and excitement. I am so thankful for all the love and support I continue to receive…THANK YOU

Back, Back, Back AGAIN! The Bearded Mainer will be the official photographer for the 2025 Bangor Pride parade and festival! I am so honored to be photographing this giant celebration of love and diversity for a third year in a row with the help of my close friend Stephanie from Whimsy and Wilderness Photography!

Oh hi, it’s me 🤣 I am terrible about posting over here, but it’s probably important to throw an update your way for those following here. I am still catching up on my inbox from vacation, I’m almost done with some major overhauls on my website to better align with the direction I’m going in 2025, AND I have a blog post for this lovely session (in the photos below) coming later this week!

I’m still picking away at the vacation photos too, because OF COURSE there are too many, but I’m so excited to show you Southern Utah through my lens.

I’ll be back in a jiffy with all sorts of new goodies!
