Sometimes it takes a couple of suggestions to enforce social distancing.

This wolffish was hanging out under a piece of wreckage with some friends before another ocean pout decided the hollow might just be big enough for two. The wolffish didn't agree.

Since we're all home with Google at our fingertips. Let's see if we can answer some questions I've had for a while. We only see these large (3-4") nudibranchs at Peirce Island for a few months every winter/spring? Does anyone know where they go for the rest of the year? They move at a snail's pace of about 6 inches a minute if they are on a mission so the migration must take for every.

Yesterday, we dove the wreck of an older wooden sailing vessel off the Isle of Shoals. It's completely collapsed and mostly sanded over but still a fun dive. These pintles would have fit into a corresponding gudgeon on the ship to hold the rudder in place.
