I love working with seniors. But you know what is even more fun- including animals in a shoot!
I have had such a crazy Spring and it’s hard to believe Summer is already here.
I will be releasing my mountain session dates this week- and I already have a waiting list for them, but let me know if you want to adventure to the mountains for a session this year!!

Said goodbye to our goodest boy today. 😭💔 He will really be missed. He’s been around for my children’s whole childhood- it’s hard to picture him not around stealing food and singing while we play the piano and chasing the delivery trucks and greeting us at the door.

The mountain *SHOWED OFF* at our session and the golden, Fall light made the long ride so worth it. One of the last weekends before some of these mountain roads close and I was bummed I hadn’t gotten up here all Summer. Then these gorgeous people wanted to get fall color on Rainier and I was in 100%. Family sessions like this one make busy season worth the incredibly late nights of editing- this season has been my busiest in a few years and I’m exhausted but thankful!

It’s and I love these two little ladies so much. They are sometimes so much like me- which is terrifying and fun, depending on the behavior…and sometimes they are nothing like me or like each other and I learn from them and grow as a Mama as I navigate understanding and nurturing them.
