Jill Daugherty Photography Jill Daugherty Photography is a boutique portrait studio specializing in wall portraits for home I hope you all enjoy the photos as much as I enjoy taking them.

While growing up, I developed a strong sense of family and found a passion for art. Combining these two passions I began my studies in art and education at Webster University. My journey through teaching took me to an unexpected place: a kindergarten room. While not my first choice, it was where my mini artists-in-training taught me my first lessons about working with kids. My own kids have furthe

red my education and experience in dealing with young children while enriching my life and reinforcing my strong family values. After making the hard decision to put my teaching career on hold to spend more time with my children, I began my own in-home daycare. The little treasures I care for bring me joy and surprise me day after day. To all of my parents, I thank you that I was able to share in your lives and watch as your children grew and learned. Watching my kids (my own and the ones I got to borrow each day) I felt a need to capture each silly, crazy and fun moment of the day. My mom, who gives me inspiration, gave me my first camera and started me off on the new path to photography. My love of art turned it into a career as a family boutique photographer. Photography has given me another channel to express my passion for family and everything artistic. Every client has a story to tell and it's my job to tell it with authenticity and beauty. To the families that have allowed me to take your pictures and have been with me on this adventure, thank you. To everyone new: Welcome to the fun!

Introducing What She Sees: A portrait project for tweens and the women who love them!

It's a she & me session with a twist!

We will photograph you both in the studio. After the session, you and your tween will be invited back to the studio to add fun designs and empowering messages on each other's portraits. The twist? You don't get to see what your tween is writing about you, and they don't get to see what you are writing about your tween!

BONUS: The proceeds from this project will go to ! Our goal is to raise $2000 for this amazing non profit that benefits everyone in Clinton County.

These portraits are going to be show stoppers so we will be displaying them during the Hive on 5th & Main's open house, October 13th! You will get to meet the women owned businesses that keep the hive the bustling place it is, see the amazing community mural project and Coping 4 Life created last May with the local junior highs and see the art you and your tween made together!

The session which includes two 15" prints and a painting party at Horizon Line is $250

Schrand Family 2026

The Schrand family was much fun to photograph! I loved getting to be a part of your family's story and meeting Miss Mia was a delight! She is such a sweet doll baby! The colors turned out amazing and the portraits look so incredible on the Evelyn's dinning room wall wall! This was the perfect Christmas gift for Mom! Girls you did great!

Ok you guys are going to have to bear with me for a minute:

Today I am moving my sweet baby girl into her dorm at Purdue.

I know that she's off to do amazing things and learn all of the stuff she is 1000% prepared to do on her own. I am so damn proud of this kid, but also a little sad. A little sad that my Exit Room budy is 4 hours away. A little sad that I need to train one of the boys to like sushi. A little sad that her room is going to be clean. A little sad she won't be randomly popping in at the studio.

But I am also super excited to have an excuse to got to BIG TEN sports, to get to hear all of the stories about survivng dorm life and what life at Purdue is like. Excited to hear about how much she is growing into the amazing young adult I know she is.

So I might be a little out of sorts this month while I adjust. I might randomly get choked up. And GOD bless you if we have to watch your kiddos senior session together, You will be crying, I will be crying... But all happy tears.

So proud of you baby girl.

I photographed the most adorable family while I was in Destin for Lauren's senior trip!! Meet the Schanz family! This is baby girl's very first trip to the beach!
