There is truth in saying I will lose followers for sharing my faith. However, there is more truth and weight when I realize not giving credit to the creator eliminates the purpose of my photography. The worldly fame I lose is nothing compared to the joy I receive when I testify to the Lords goodness woven into His creation.

As I watch the birds soar through the sky and the flowers blow in the breeze, I am reminded that the same creator who hung the stars in the sky and set the Earth on its axis formed me from dust and said “This is good.”

If a bird can serve Gods purpose, then so can I
If a flower can sing of His beauty, then so can I
If a mountain can demonstrate His steadfastness, then so can I
If a rock can cry out in worship, then so can I
If a star can shine bright with His glory, then so can I
If nature bows in reverence, then so will I

One of the best perks of watching wildlife with your partner is they often spot things you won’t. This mangrove warbler was spotted by my wife and I’m glad she did! This is my first time seeing one and I’m pleased with the results of the photographs. However, it is hard to go wrong when mixing NikonUSA and Tamron Lenses .

After leaving our honeymoon in Florida early due to the recent hurricane, my wife and I stopped by a state park in Alabama. I was personally in search of alligators yet saw so much more! I have more photos of amazing animals waiting to be posted. Stay tuned for more!

Here stands a shore bird looking intently at a mound of trash left on the beach where he hunts for food. The fishing line was probably lost miles down the shore; cut by a fisherman after a snag. It seemed harmless at the time. Such a small amount of line didn’t seem capable of any damage. Yet here is lies. Now a mess of seaweed and plastic. A blemish on otherwise pristine white sand.

It makes me wonder. What small everyday actions do I make that end up leaving someone else having to step over trash in life. In the moment, some decisions seem so small and harmless. However, we can never truly know how our actions can affect the lives of others in unexpected ways.

Spend your time well. Think of others when deciding. Be patient, loving, kind, and abounding in wisdom. Let the actions you make leave purely positive outcomes.

When sharing my photography I tend to embrace the philosophy rather than the technical side of taking a picture. However, if these photos are not a reason to pair NikonUSA Z bodies with Tamron Lenses wide range of lenses I don’t know what is. These photos were taken with the NikonUSA z6iii along with either the Tamron Lenses 150mm-500mm or 35mm-100mm. These lenses paired flawlessly with the Nikon creating a perfect travel friendly kit for capturing the wonders of Floridas beaches. If you have any questions about my setup please feel free to DM me! After buying a house, getting married, and running from a hurricane on our honeymoon, I have relearned to enjoy silence. My wife’s and my time spent in Florida was so full of unexpected surprises yet still felt calm. It was a blessing to be able to walk along the beach and appreciate the world for what it is. Abstract, complex, but existing exactly as God intended. Watching this pelican reminded me that we were all made for a specific purpose. There is no need to be more than God made you to be. From the webbed feet to the net like pouch under this pelicans bill it was designed for the specific task of catching fish. While watching, I was pleased to see that the pelican never tried to climb a tree like a monkey, dig in the ground like a mole, or drive a car like a man. Instead, this bird acted and lived just as he was made to act and live. God never asked you to figure yourself out. Be still and know who he is. That is when you will find who you are made to be.

It’s interesting to think that the art of photography is just finding creative ways to capture the perfect art of God. What’s even more interesting is that the God who can make breathtaking art in the sky with just a thought knelt down in the dust to form you and me. When He finished with His creation of humanity, He said it is good.
