To do a great photo shoot at a dog show on an extremely hot weekend at a dusty fairgrounds in Little Rock, Arkansas with only one relatively picturesque location required participants willing to get up very early in the morning, a step stool, a seat cushion, and a helpful assistant holding up a 6' tall diffusion screen to keep the harsh sun off the subjects. I think it went well. Presenting Katherine Smoot and Best In Show winning Shar Pei, "Smash".
