Forsyth Senior Center & Community Gardens Update

An updated aerial look at two projects that continue to grow side by side in Forsyth. The new senior center has made tremendous progress in just a few short months. From above, you can see how much the building has taken shape as work continues toward completion. ️

Nearby, the community gardens are thriving. What began as a collection of raised beds is now filling in with healthy plants and the promise of a productive growing season. 🌿🍅🥒 It's exciting to watch both projects develop together and to document their progress from the air. Branson's New Water Tower - Taney County, Missouri

A unique look inside the construction of Branson's newest water tower. Beautiful Day at the Forsyth Farmer's Market, Missouri 🌾

A great afternoon out at the Forsyth Farmer’s Market, maybe not quite as busy as earlier in the day, but still full of life and small-town charm. From fresh goods and friendly faces to the chainsaw carvings drawing a crowd, this place is more than just a market, it’s a gathering spot for the community. You can see the new senior center taking shape in the background, and the community gardens off to the side, both reminders of how much this little area continues to grow. Remember last years spectacular show over Lake Taneycomo and the Branson Landing. It almost time for another incredible show in Branson, Missouri. 🎆

A few throw back shots from last year’s incredible July 3rd fireworks show over the Branson Landing. If you were there, you already know, it wasn’t just a show, it was an incredible experience. From the first burst lighting up the skyline to the grand finale shaking the night, the Landing was absolutely electric. The reflections off Lake Taneycomo, the colors filling the sky, the crowd soaking it all in. One of those nights you don’t forget. And here’s the thing… it’s coming again, and it’ll be here before you know it.

Forsyth- Taney County, Missouri — Growth Seen from Above

A little progress update from Forsyth today. The new senior center is really starting to take shape, and right next to it the farmers market and new community garden area—this whole space is going to be something special for the community. ️ And just down the road, the new RV park is already turning heads with that awesome water play area right in the middle. Definitely a fun addition to the area.

It’s always great getting a bird’s-eye view of progress like this—watching Forsyth grow one project at a time.

Architecture of Table Rock Lake, Stone County, Missouri

Table Rock Lake is surrounded by amazing architecture and incredible homes like this one. The Evergreen Crystal Palace. The contrast is what grabs you… dark glass and sharp lines rising out of miles of untouched forest. Luxury set right in the middle of raw nature. A bit surreal almost. Google Earth shows the amazing inside, which is 5 stories, and mentions the indoor shooting range, a 20-car garage and more. Follow me to see more from the Ozarks and beyond. 🐰️ Happy Easter from the 417-Table Rock Lake-Taney County, Missouri

Easter morning brought one of those views you just sit with for a minute.
The lake still, the hills turning green again, and that wide-open Ozarks horizon.
While we were sitting on the bench overlooking the water, a bald eagle came gliding right in front of us—close enough to just take in. Didn’t get the shot, but it was one of the best views of an eagle I’ve ever had. Absolutely incredible.

Beautiful Day for a Boat Ride on the Upper End of the Bull Shoals

Gliding past Shadow Rock Park, this boat heads west toward Powersite Dam on the first full day of spring.

You’ll notice a rough zoom near the end. I almost cut it, but left it in to show what’s possible with digital zoom. I typically avoid using it and stick to my 3x optical zoom, as quality drops off pretty quickly with digital.

The water is calm, the air feels new again, and everything along the shoreline is just starting to wake up. One of those simple Ozarks moments that reminds you why this place never gets old. ️
