"The staff that I dealt with was fantastic. I had waited until the weekend to go in to try to store a trailer. When I got there somebody had taken my spot in. The office was closed. I tried calling and didn't get an answer but the staff did call me back almost immediately (using caller ID) even though I didn't leave a message. She helped me get a new spot for my trailer.
