What it looks like when your engagement shoot just feels like a date night + your photographer 😜

Logan + Denver spend most weekends out on the water, so this just made sense. And obviously you don’t have to yank my chain, sunset on a boat???? I’m there 🫣 and we saw dolphins playing/jumping out of the water 🥲 they were too far for me to catch on camera but what a fun night with these two!!

Photographing this wedding brought me so much JOY. The love these two have for each other is so evident, it was an honor to capture these memories for them 🥹 it’s a different type of gratitude when friends from school trust me to be such an important part of their day… grateful doesn’t even come close!!

Their evening was full of laughter, happy tears, good food and a packed dance floor full of the people who love them. I can’t wait to share more about the party itself, but I wanted to dedicate a post to just them. 🫶🏻

Alex and Porter are the CUTEST and it was so so great to see Alex again — I don’t think we’ve seen each other since high school! When they booked me for their November wedding here in Florida I was ecstatic 🥲 she lives in Colorado now and it just worked out that I have family that lives there so on my last trip, we met up at and did an engagement shoot!! I’m obsessed, ok that’s all.

You probably wouldn’t be able to tell from these photos, but it was a frigid 35° and BREEZY!! Y’all, I was frozen. 🫣😂

Olivia and Patrick booked me after finding me on TikTok and I am so thankful for social media! They were such a blast to be around. We spent the hour at The Cliff Walk in Newport, Rhode Island where we got shots at 40 steps and then ended at a beautiful mansion that was a part of the college there. A causal castle as a school building LOL I love it here.

We kept finding mutual similarities and it was so great to finally get to meet them 🥲 I can’t wait to be back up in New England this August for their wedding day!

A few things I loved about this extended family session:

• We did this shoot on my sisters property (thanks , u da bestttt)

• showed up with an ultrasound and surprised me with her and Tyler being pregnant with another baby girl!!

• I’ve done a few different shoots with Brooklyn and Tyler but this time I got to meet and Matt!

• Daniel got out of the car and my sister goes “I didn’t know was your client” 🫣🤭 haha it was so good to see Daniel + Tasha again too!

Y’all I seriously have the most beautiful clients. Deanay and Fox are the most fun couple. When discussing locations for their engagement shoot, she mentioned the fact that her dad had an antique car and I said PAUSE lol please!!! Obsessed with these 🫶🏻
