Sometimes there’s two stories. What you see on Facebook isn’t always what seems to be. I’ve learned that memories are precious. What makes people happy is looking back at beautiful times.
I’m a photographer but I don’t consider myself a professional. I’m a casual photographer. I do this because I love it. I’m not expensive because its a hobby. I love capturing memories for people that need them. That can’t afford $500 sessions.
So for everybody that’s still here that still has liked my page, I appreciate you guys and I am so thankful you are still here. It’s a blessing.
Last Month (June) was a rough month for me. I just started a brand new job! I lost two family members.
I understand that it took me longer than it should have. I tell my clients 2 to 3 weeks and I was longer than that and I apologized to her. She has beautiful photos. There are more photos than what she posted. I offered her 100% refund and she declined. (July 25) She told me she would take the post down. I offered to edit all her photos. I stayed up until 3 o’clock in the morning to edit. (July 25) That next morning I had to get up for my full time job at 5:30am. She did receive the photos that following day. (July 26) She was not happy with her photos and asked me to send her a copyright release form. I told her it would be ready to send at 5 o’clock. I called her 3 times that afternoon (2:08, 4:30, 5:05). She never called back as of today. (July 27) Today I also messaged her and told her SHE WILL NOT RECIVE A COPY RELEASE FORM TO MY PHOTOS. I have had THREATS in my email, my inbox, and my phone AND THAT IS NOT OKAY! One little hiccup and someone goes online and complete blasts you. I have never been late before to give photos back.
I have a life outside of photography. I have a husband, 3 dogs, and a ferret on top of a full time job.
All I wanna say is, I apologized to her and I blessed her a wonderful life. She told me again (July 26 @11:05) on the phone she would take down the post. POST IS STILL UP. With more and more messages.
I told myself that I would not move on from this, that I would stop photographing.. I have given big thoughts to stop. I’ve been doing this for over 10 years. My past job I was a photographer for a dealership. (5 Years) I will not be giving up my favorite thing in the whole world for one lady .
I will be changing my name of my business and continuing on with something that I love to do! I still want to be able to give families that don’t have the money to spend over $500 on photography. With only receiving 50 photos. THAT IS INSANE! That is why you get your photos with me for a cheap price plus your edits because not all photos are bad.
I’m still here and I’m still ready for business after all of this. If that doesn’t show you the person that I truly am and I don’t know what else could. Because this has truly brought me down a little bit.
