This was my first time seeing the Aurora Borealis in person. I was taking the trash out and saw the sky had a weird green glow. I ran back in to the house and went to the upstairs deck, and saw the sky had turned green and purple. It was kinda cloudy out, but it was still visible through the clouds. I grabbed the camera and drove down the road to a neighboring farm that had less light pollution, I only took a couple of photos as I was happier just to take it all in.
