I find inspiration in the littlest of things and I love capturing those special moments that will last forever. This week was pretty rough for this girl (& me) Confronting hard situations, setting healthy boundaries, all the while dealing with anxiety and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with it. So we did a photoshoot to embrace the incredible person she is...

Middle school is a b**** but the beauty behind all of it... is GROWTH. We become better versions of ourselves when we are faced with obstacles. And we don’t have to do it alone.

I wanted Lily to know how freaking amazing she is in this crazy world, as a sister, as a friend, as a human learning & growing. We are not perfect, but kindness is EVERYTHING. And our actions speak louder than our words.

A N X I E T Y is dark, it’s messy, confusing, and difficult to deal with... but there’s also reflections of beautiful light and it moves you to look inward, to heal. You are not alone.

It’s been a wild last year and it made me think a lot of what I want to continue to offer, what I need to let go of, and all of the possibilities in between! 🙌🏻

The sunset was absolutely MAGICAL! Thank you Gavin & Hanna for playing around with different movements for me to practice. It’s moments like these that really take my breath away, and inspires me to create more. ♥️

u t a h 🌿 What an amazing adventure! SO MANY rad moments yesterday... and so much to share. The Bonneville Salt Flats did not disappoint!

I'm so thankful to be able to have the flexibility to connect with like-minded creatives in cool places to create some bomb images. Thank you to Hanna Buss Photography for setting up this Styled Shoot with these fun loving couples & photographers. I can't wait to share more.
