A gentle reminder regarding turn around times ⬇️
Weddings have a 12 week turn around time.
Everything else is 8-10 weeks.
(90% of the time I get these galleries out with plenty of time to spare.)
I completely understand that this may seem extensive and especially long when you’re so excited to receive your long awaited gallery. Believe me, the amount of anxiety that I carry trying to ensure that everyone gets their photos in a timely manner is crippling. We’re talking hours and hours I spend after my kids go to bed editing as well as so many hours during the day. I’m averaging about 3-4 hours of sleep every night (barely hangin’ in there). But, I love my job and I’m willing to make certain sacrifices. However, I am still a mom of 4 young children. I have a daughter with a severe learning disability that I am homeschooling along with a preschooler, a child in the middle of potty training and a baby that still wakes up in the night for feedings. My husband and I are doing long distance for now until he can find a job closer, so I am doing this almost entirely on my own.
I ask for patience and kindness.
It is SO much more important to me that everyone gets quality photos that I carefully edit one by one rather than rush through a gallery just to meet a dead line. Your photos are an investment, they are memories, they are important to not only you but to me too. I will not deliver you a sloppy, half hearted gallery just to make it quicker.
