Sunday is the last day of fall minis, and my heart is so full.

This whole October has been filled with the most beautiful families and couples, golden and chilly evenings. I look back on the galleries throughout the year and feel so grateful.

Thank you for trusting me with your people. For showing up exactly as you are. For letting me be there for the in between moments. That matters the most.

I’m fascinated by memory. Always have been.

The idea that you can pause a moment, then step back into it years later, has never left me. It’s part of why I fell in love with film, and it’s why I photograph the way I do.

I want you to look at a photograph and remember how it felt. The nerves and the excitement right before you walked down the aisle. The smallness of your little one’s hands, just as they are right now.

These are the times.
