When you fly a drone for a living, the weather can be very important. I planned my entire day around the fact that for the last three days the forecast said it was going to be MOSTLY CLOUDY ALL DAY. And this is how the sky looked most of the day.

We don't typically get to film things that are quite this extreme, but we do face some of the same challenges. Filming in the cold and the snow really can be tough sometimes. After watching this, I don't feel so bad about some of my crashes, now. The filmography in this piece is top notch. take some time to watch a little.

New technology has upped the standard of the shots the filmmakers can get but can also raise the frustration.
