2026 is going to be a wedding season to remember! I’ve intentionally curated my calendar so I can be fully present for both my clients and my family.
I used to think that having a packed schedule of 30+ weddings and being “booked & busy” was what success looked like and honestly, I thought that’s what clients wanted to see too. Over time, I’ve realized that a more thoughtful schedule means so much more than the constant grind which lead to a close burnout... It allows me to be more present, more creative and a bigger part of each couple’s day.
I never want anyone to feel like they’re just another booking or that I’m rushing off to the next wedding. Every story deserves my care, connection and an experience that feels personal from start to finish.
2026, I am ready for you!!!

Lost an inquiry recently because I “don’t post enough." Because their session wouldn’t be guaranteed a spot on my feed.

Truth is, not everything I shoot lives on Instagram, and that has nothing to do with the quality of those sessions.. I just don’t prioritize feeding an algorithm over serving my clients. Yes, I find a ton of my clients through IG, but I didn't sign up to be a social media manager hahaha I've just never measured my work by how often I posted, but that did hurt.

Genuinely curious… does posting often matter to you when choosing a photographer? Comment below your thoughts:)
