Customer service means everything in building your brand or service, whether it be in person, online, or digital storefront. How does your organization rate? The best way to identify deficits in your organization’s customer service is to take a moment to “be the customer”. Experience the process, whether it be the number of prompts necessary to reach a live agent, time on hold, the live chat or chatbot, and even the predefined agent script. Being the customer is the first step in improving the experience and helping to make your organization one that receives rave reviews and increased loyalty.

As I am closing out 2023, I want to thank my existing clients who have trusted me with capturing their special occasions as well as many new clients who have seen my work or been referred to me this year. I am looking forward to the weddings, mitzvahs, and corporate photography in 2024. Seventeen years having a small business built with hard work, commitment and trust.
