ONE WEEK FROM TODAY I WILL BE OFFICIALLY OUT OF OFFICE!
October 28 through November 3, my family and I will be making some magical memories at Disney World! My three girls are SO excited, and honestly, so am I! My husband however is indifferent 😂
It has been an INSANELY busy year. Really, it has been nonstop since spring, and I cannot even begin to explain how grateful I am for that. This has hands down been my busiest year yet, and that is such a blessing for me and my family. I truly love what I do, and I am so thankful that so many of you continue to choose me to capture your memories.
But with that being said, my own little family has had to share A LOT of my time and attention this year. Especially during the craziness of fall sessions, when it feels like I’m either shooting, editing, answering messages, or trying to squeeze everything else into the few hours left in the day. My girls have definitely been missing some of that one-on-one time with their mama, and I am SO ready to give them my undivided attention for a few days!
So, from 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟴 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟯, 𝗜 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘂𝗻𝗽𝗹𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸!
Well, unplugging from work other than taking approximately 10,000 pictures of my own children, because let’s be realistic 😂
During this time, I will NOT be responding to messages, booking sessions, or editing galleries. If you reach out while I’m gone, PLEASE be patient with me! I promise I will get back to everyone once we return. If you know me personally, you know I’m a VERY Type A vacationer, so our itinerary is pretty jam-packed! I’m looking forward to putting work aside for a few days and just enjoying this time with my family!
𝗡𝗢𝗪, 𝗟𝗘𝗧’𝗦 𝗧𝗔𝗟𝗞 𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗚𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦!
I am trying my absolute DARNDEST to get as many sessions edited and delivered as possible before we leave! I’ve actually made some really good progress these last couple of days, and I’m hoping to keep that momentum going!
With how incredibly busy this season has been, my current turnaround time is running closer to 𝟯 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀 rather than my usual 2. Which, considering the amount of sessions I’ve been shooting, I still think is pretty darn good!
I just ask that you continue to bear with me. I PROMISE I am working as quickly as I can! But I’m also not willing to rush through your photos just to get them out the door. You are paying me to capture beautiful memories, and I want to make sure you receive images that I am genuinely proud of. Unfortunately for my editing queue, my perfectionist brain doesn’t know how to do anything halfway.
