Nora came to see me from Minot, slept the car ride, and then decided to keep the nap going for her whole session (with a snack break in between, of course šŸ˜‰). I used to stress a little about babies traveling a few hours, but theyā€™ve proven to be some of my sleepiest little clients. We were done in under 90 minutes which is rare for a full newborn session. She is perfect in every way but I couldnā€™t stop gushing over that hair! Scroll to the end to see her cheesin'!

Allieā€™s parents stumbled across me on social media, sent me a message, I happened to have a last minute cancellationā€¦ so in less than 24 hours they were making the drive to my studio with their beautiful brand new baby! Sometimes things just fall into place that easily and Iā€™m so glad they did. She is such a sweet baby, I didnā€™t want to stop photographing her šŸ˜†

One of the best parts of studio newborn sessions? Theyā€™re built to feel EASY.

You only need to bring the basics youā€™d normally have in your diaper bag and I take care of the rest. My studio is fully stocked with wraps, outfits, props, and everything needed for your session, all styled around your color preferences. And if youā€™d rather not make any decisions, Iā€™m always happy to take the creative lead too!

A lot of parents worry about whether their baby will cooperate, but newborn sessions are completely baby-led and thereā€™s never any rush. We stop for feeding, cuddles, diaper changes, or breaks whenever needed. My studio is set up with newborn comfort in mind, and after photographing hundreds of babies over the years, Iā€™ve learned plenty of soothing tricks along the way.

The goal is simply to make this season feel a little easier on you. You just get to come in, breathe for a second, and soak in your baby while I take care of everything else. Iā€™m booking due dates through the rest of the year and Iā€™d love to add yours onto my calendar!

Calling all fresh little babes! Iā€™m looking for a newborn under 3 weeks old to come to my studio this weekend (the 23rd or 24th) for a short + sweet session!

Must be comfortable with me capturing behind-the-scenes content and with possible posting on my social media + website portfolio. Session will also be styled 100% by me. In return, youā€™ll receive beautiful images completely free!
