Quick little recovery on this mini dachshund!

We located him in just a few minutes and had him back in his owner’s arms within an hour! He ran from us on the first attempt, but on the second, he went straight to his owner!

🔨 HAMMER! 🔨

This guy lives to see another day! Broadhead went completely through and broke off, and we found him with the rest of the arrow still in him. Hate finding them like this and wish we could’ve gotten our hands on him! 🦌🙌

🥶 Cold front coming this weekend! Looks like a great one to hit the woods!

🐾 Last night’s search took a heartbreaking turn today. It’s one we want to lift up in our prayers.

A family from Maryland had their son passing through our area when he was involved in a terrible accident. During the accident, their dog, King, escaped. Sadly, King was found by a state trooper deceased today.

We’re grateful their son made it through, and we’re truly sorry for the loss of King and everything this family has been through.

We also want to give a big thank you to the kind mother of the son for her incredibly kind donation to BackRidge Drone Services . Your generosity will help us on the next pet call we receive. 🙏

Rest easy, King. 🐾
