Sometimes I miss my photography days.

There was something so special about photographing newborns and families. Those tiny fingers, sleepy little stretches, the way parents look at their baby like the whole world just changed overnight. Capturing those moments always felt like such an honor.

One thing I always tell families is this. Don’t forget to take pictures of your little ones, and make sure you print them. Digital images get lost so easily in the endless scroll of our phones, but printed photos become part of your home and your family’s story.

These early days pass so quickly. The tiny details change before you even realize it.

If you ever have the chance, consider hiring a photographer. Most of us pour our whole hearts into capturing those fleeting moments, because we know how precious they are.

Photographs become little time capsules. Years from now, your children will look back at them and see how deeply they were loved from the very beginning.

Maybe I will dust off my camera one of these days.
