We've been awful quiet over here - but behind the scenes we've been working endless hours to get this massive project off the ground. Since the beginning of the year, we've formed a 501(c)3 non-profit, built an unbelievable team, and secured the most incredible sponsors imaginable, so that we can present to you - The Greatest Adventure.
Beginning this August, we'll travel the country, seeking out in-need shelters and telling the stories of rescue dogs through the power of photography. We'll capture it all with beautiful video, and showcase it to the world in an 8 part YouTube series.
At each shelter, we'll donate cameras, and give workshops to train volunteers to take the best possible photos of their adoptable dogs.

Head on over to Scott Kelby’s blog today for a quick writeup I did with suggestions of how fellow photographers and artists can make the best of a bad situation and have the most productive quarantine ever! One of my suggestions includes going back through old shoots to search for overlooked gems, so I did just that and unearthed this beautiful portrait of the lovely Juli Finn from our shoot last summer. Hope everyone is doing whatever they can to stay safe and happy - and hey, why not be extra productive while you’re at it!

When I was studying at Berklee College of Music there was no one I looked up to more than Professor Jon Finn. I was consistently blown away by not only his skill, but his ability to inspire others (myself included) to become better musicians. Many years after graduating Berklee, I’m lucky enough to call him a friend, and am thrilled to include him in my portrait series of guitarists. Also, this guy totally shreds.
