Back in like 2020 I started taking pictures of my food just for fun, and anyone who knows me knows phone eats first. 😂 So getting to actually use my career to photograph food feels pretty full circle.
I got to photograph Shreveport Biscuit Company for their new ezCater menu and they are seriously the sweetest people. Thank y’all for being so kind, for the opportunity, and for the breakfast biscuits & coffee because you KNOW I wasn’t turning that down 😂
In case you didn’t know, SBC is a local Shreveport spot serving up scratch made breakfast, biscuits, coffee, and they also have a TON of products from small, local businesses for sale!
And now they’re making it even easier to bring breakfast to your office or next event through ezCater, so go check them out if you need breakfast for your next event, meeting, or just because you too would like to order an entire gallon of chocolate milk!

Getting to photograph the 5th annual Hunstman awards for Johnny’s Pizza at the always gorgeous Scottish Rights Temple was such a cool opportunity to experience.
As a NW Louisiana native I’ve been a fan of Johnny’s for years, but getting to be behind the scenes at their banquet gave me a completely different appreciation for the company. It was really eye opening seeing just how much Johnny’s gives back to the communities around them.

In 2025 alone, Johnny’s reported:

🍕 161 Pigouts
🍕 5,266 Teacher Cards issued
🍕 $447,308 in discounts given to schools, churches & other organizations
🍕 $98,308 given back to schools through promotions & Pigouts

AND they’re employee owned, which I think makes all of that even better. I genuinely had no idea Johnny’s was giving back on this kind of scale, it made me appreciate them so much more. And then it was Phantom of the Opera themed? This basically was my personal photographer dream scenario. 😂
I also want to give a huge thank you to Hannah Rains Photography for coming in last minute and second shooting for me! You saved the day and I couldn’t have done it without you. 🖤

I had the privilege of photographing sweet Haysen while he was still here with us, and it was such an honor to reunite with his beautiful family for Jordan’s maternity session. While no one could ever replace him, I can’t wait to meet the precious baby girl he has sent for everyone to love. I already know she will be surrounded by so much love, and I feel incredibly grateful that I’ll get to photograph this next chapter for their family.
I was so excited to learn she’s due on my birthday, felt like such a special little coincidence.🥲
This session was one I’ll always cherish. 🖤

Y’all know I’m usually chasing golden hour, but every now and then I get reminded that beautiful light isn’t the only thing worth chasing. Sometimes it’s a room full of people celebrating a little life and the tiny details someone poured their heart into. Getting to capture this gorgeous tea party at North Market Venue was such a good change of pace. 💙🩵💙
